One brief, multiple packaging routes

Industrial Liquid Packaging Solutions

Essencia Pack evaluates the liquid, filling process, protection requirement and distribution route before recommending rigid, barrier, industrial bulk or flexible packaging.

Selection logic

Start with the liquid and the supply chain

  1. Identify the liquid, formulation, density and viscosity
  2. Confirm filling volume, temperature and filling equipment
  3. Define barrier, closure and certification requirements
  4. Review handling, storage, transport and destination
  5. Shortlist a current solution and validate representative samples

Important boundaries

Confirm suitability before commercial use

01

Final material compatibility requires representative testing

02

Certification follows the selected pack, filled product and destination

03

Flexitank systems are not presented as dangerous-goods packaging

Frequently asked questions

What capacity range can Essencia Pack evaluate?

The portfolio spans approximately 100 ml rigid containers to 24,000 L Flexitank systems. The available range depends on the chosen packaging route and project requirements.

How is a liquid packaging route selected?

Selection begins with the liquid, density, viscosity, temperature, filling volume, barrier need, closure, transport conditions and destination requirements.

Does one factory manufacture every solution?

No. Essencia combines a Hangzhou rigid-packaging manufacturing foundation with complementary barrier and Flexitank solution routes. Each project is assigned to an appropriate supply route.

Can an existing mould be used first?

Yes. Existing moulds are normally reviewed before custom tooling because they can reduce development time and provide representative samples for evaluation.
