How a Flexitank system works
A flexible liquid liner and accessories are installed in a suitable 20ft dry container to transport a compatible non-hazardous bulk liquid.
Capacity depends on cargo mass
Nominal volume is not the only limit. Density, planned cargo mass, container rating, route and selected Flexitank operating range must be reviewed together.
Material and valve configuration
Film structure, barrier requirement, top or bottom connections, valves, bulkhead and accessories are selected around the cargo and loading method.
Cargo information to provide
Supply the SDS, density, viscosity, loading temperature, volume, mass, origin, destination, transport mode and food-contact or thermal requirements.
Operational boundaries
The solutions presented by Essencia are for compatible non-hazardous liquids. Carrier, route and destination acceptance must be confirmed before loading.
